  Rajiv is the Founder and President of Sunsara Capital. His professional experience encompasses 30 years in the investment management business in a variety of leadership capacities.

  Sunsara Capital is focused on offering a broad range of investment services to investors and specialized funds in the fast growing solar photovoltaic-based electricity generation market. These services include project development, investment management, operations and maintenance, and asset management. Sunsara's careful due-diligence and hands-on management of its projects have allowed it to achieve above average returns for investors.

  Prior to founding Sunsara Capital, Rajiv was the founder and President of Digital Century Capital for 13 years, a fundamental research driven long-short high-tech oriented hedge fund that managed a peak portfolio of $1.25 billion and that invested in both public and private technology issues. He was an early investor in internet related companies like AOL, Yahoo, EBAY, Inktomi, SanDisk, Blackberry, VMC, PayPal and Google. Digital Century had many outstanding years but closed after disappointing performance during the financial crisis of 2008.

  He was a leader in high technology equity investment research at Goldman, Sachs & Co for 13 years where he created the "Goldman Sachs Tech Index" and spearheaded the Global Semiconductor Research team. He was a trusted financial and strategic advisor to Motorola, Texas Instruments, Intel, SanDisk, Samsung, AMD, NEC and Toshiba among many electronics companies. He also helped Intel develop the "Intel Inside" Brand.

  He was ranked on both Institutional Investor and Greenwich Research polls. He was a member of the Stock Selection Committee at Goldman Sachs & Co.

  Rajiv holds an MPA degree from Harvard University (1983), an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India (1980) and a BA in Economics from St. Stephens College, Delhi, India (1978).

  Luca Miotti is the Founder and CEO of Ren Electron, a leading solar photovoltaic EPC in Italy. Ren Electron is an affiliate of Sunsara Capital. He is also President of Sunsara OMAM, the Sunsara Capital affiliate focused on operations, maintenance, and asset management of solar plants.

  Previous to REN he worked for more than twenty years as CEO in the family company called "CEME" which produces Fluid Control Components. Luca has a technical background and he had the opportunity to cover all aspects of the management of the company, starting from the product engineering to the automation of the processes, sales and marketing; he also managed the German as well as the US business units for CEME. This business was sold in 2003.

  His industrial approach applied to the EPC and O&M business is based on the idea that the most critical goal is to maximize performance ratios through innovation in management, technology, continuous process improvement, and automation.

  He graduated as Electronic Engineering Technician and post-graduated in Entrepreneurial Empowerment at MIP business school of Politecnico di Milano.

  Raffaello Locatelli has been with Sunsara Capital since 2010. He oversees project development, project acquisition, project finance, and operations and maintenance of our principal investment as well as client solar assets in Europe. He is also involved in project development in Latin America.

  He has over 20 years' experience in the energy industry and, prior to coming to Sunsara Capital, he successfully operated and managed a number of different businesses. Raffaello was the Founder and CEO of Oxygen S.p.A., a leader in the development and manufacturing of lightweight electric and hybrid vehicles (2000 – 2007). He also was the Portfolio Manager at Forum Capital and Senior Analyst at Hudson Capital Appreciation Fund (Oppenheimer & Co.), (1991 – 2000).

  Raffaello holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School (1994).

  Sunil Ittoop has been with Sunsara Capital since 2011. As CFO, he is responsible for all aspects of financial forecasting, tax reporting, fund management, accounting and control of the company. He also oversees Sunsara's project asset management and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the finances of the plants.

  Among his significant previous positions, Sunil served as a Senior Analyst at Citi Private Equity Services (2007 – 2010). At Citi, he was entrusted to manage the comprehensive review of over 400 private equity funds. He also was the Senior Auditor at Salibello & Broder LLP (2005 – 2007) and Senior Accountant at NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Controllers, (2003 – 2005).

  Sunil holds a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College (2002). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York.

  Fillippo Natoli has been Chief Financial Officer of Ren Electron since 2011.

  Before that he was a Founding Partner in various companies and start-ups in financial advisory services, and energy and communications markets as follows:

  RECS Italy Srl (from 2010 to 2011) – Founding Partner. (Renewable Energies)

  ClassFinance Srl (from 2007 to 2010) – Founding Partner. (Financial Advisor – M&A)

  Arcadia Financial Advisors SpA (from 2005 to 2007) – Partner (Financial Advisor – M&A)

  Open Network Enterprise (now ITALTEL SpA) – Company founded in 1992, with mission in ICT Professional Services Founding Partner.

  He has more than 17 years experience in the ICT Market working for companies such as Hewlett Packard, Siemens Telecommunications, ONE- Open Network Enterprise, ONE-ANS (now ITALTEL SpA).

  He graduated from Politecnico in Milan (1988) with a Masters Degree in Electronic Engineering.

  Antonio Cantoni is the Director of Engineering at Ren Electron and Sunsara OMAM and was part of the founding team of Ren Electron. He has intimate knowledge of the global solar market developed through a 25 year long career across numerous experiences in many different positions in logistics, purchasing and sales.

  At Ren Electron he was responsible for constructing more than 30 MW of ground mounted and green house mounted PV plants, and several MW of PV rooftop plants. He also has responsibility for a portfolio of more than 25 MW O&M contracts for Sunsara OMAM.

  Previous to that he was Global Product Manager of Molex for five years. Prior to Molex, he was the head of engineering of an Italian company, which was a leader in household appliances and industrial components.

  Mr. Cantoni earned his MBA at the MIP Business School of Milan University.
